A reminder of the times for Step and Body Sculpt Classes & Pilates Mat Classes. (See also the main Fitness page)

Step and Body Sculpt Classes

Aerobic step classes provide several fitness benefits that can help you in other sports and in daily life. Regular sessions will provide both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. The Body Sculpting sessions not only build strong sculpted muscles but will also speed up your metabolism and increase your calorie expenditure through out the day.

Times

Mondays
Step 10h00 and Body Sculpt at 11h00
Saturdays
Step at 10.40am

Pilates Classical Mat Classes

In these classes we combine Pilates Mat with props including Dyna bands, small fitness balls, and Pilates Circles

Times

Wednesdays
Beginners Mat at 2pm (new class)
Mat Levels 1 & 2 at 3pm
Saturdays
Mat Levels 1 & 2 (currently Full) at 9.30am
Mat Level 1.5 at 11.40am
