Come stretch your body and mind!
The magic of yoga is hard to describe. Not only does it make you feel more suple and strong, but it is designed to give you more focus, to release obstacles and tensions, open chakras, and ultimately connect you with your higher self.
 
You will be calmer in every day situations and be able to face problems and hardships with a stronger mind and body (they go together! ) Your body, mind and soul will connect and you will be more in touch with your true pure essence.
 
A yoga class includes asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), and meditation.
We sometimes work in pairs and we use belts and blocks to help us in the postures.
It is adapted for all levels.

You will feel and look younger !

Wednesday mornings from 9.30am - 11am
Thursday mornings from 10am - 11.30am
 
17€ drop-in
15€ a class if semester pass
 
Make sure you email us your address to get on the list for Saturday afternoon classes at 2pm, which are announced in advance by email )
 
Bring a mat if you have one!
 
Classes take place in the Bridge room and sometimes on the cricket field weather permitting
