Thursday mornings 9.30-10.45 am - Vinyasa Dynamic Yoga
Thursday mornings 11.30 am-12.30 pm Gentle yoga open to all beginners (depending on numbers)
(good for stiffer or older persons) Using chairs and props - bring a mat and comfortable clothing.
Saturday afternoons 3-4.15 pm Vinyasa according to the "mood of the day".
