The SAC cricket team enjoyed its 10th annual cricket tour to Kent over the bank holiday weekend. Three matches were played, against roving Kent sides the Band of Brothers and the Shepway Stragglers on Saturday and Sunday, respectively; and against Smarden CC on Monday. The match against Shepway Stragglers is played each year in memory of former SAC and Straggler member Toby Cox. This year, the Stragglers won convincingly to earn back the Toby Cox Jug. SAC also lost the Saturday match but finished the tour on a high by beating Smarden on Monday.
