Yoga starts up again on at 2 pm on Saturday 1st September and a revised schedule starting next week with new class times and a gentle class for beginners and men!
Yoga stretches, strengthens and relaxes the body and mind. Its numerous benefits include making one feel more grounded, calmer, younger and be overall a healthier person.
For this season there are new class times on Thursdays oriented towards beginners and stiff bodies, and one for Men!
