Squash 21st February - Team 1 win at home against La Garenne 4/1 while Team 2 lose 4/1 away at Cercle de l'Union Interalliée.
What's been going on
Last Sunday our valiant adult Footballers played against Ludovic Cohen's team but lost 3-6.
The Ladies Tennis AFT's Team is in a pool of 6 and played their first match of the season on Friday 15th against TC Issy-les-Moulineaux winning 2-1. Their next game is on the 5th of March.
What's coming this weekend and after
Pam's last Fitness classes for this session was on Wednesday 20th. The sessions will restart after the holidays on the 10th of March.
There will be Yoga on Saturdays during the holidays (23/2, 2/3, 9/3) but not during the week. Sessions will restart on Wednesday 12th March.
The Centenary Oak continues with a full weekend food offering starting on Saturday with croissants at 11 followed by lunch with Beef lasagna or Vegetable quiche and salad; on Sunday the Brunch special will be Roasted chicken and chips.
The 6 Nations Rugby will be on the big screen this weekend; book at the bar or 01 46 26 16 09 or if you want a cheese and charcuterie platter.
At a loose end with the kids? Have you signed them up for a session at the Squash Camp, which runs for the next two weeks?

The Search is still on for a volunteer Newsletter Editor!
The Club Management is looking for a News Editor whose responsibility is to compile the weekly newsletter from the input provided by Management, Staff, the Section heads and members. The News Editor should be fluent in English, preferably a native speaker. The time commitment needed is a few hours a week. The management would hope for a long-term commitment to the post from the volunteer. Please contact Matthew Curtin () if you're interested.

Last Sunday the Adult Football team lost 3-6 playing against Ludovic Cohen's team. SAC goal scorers were Paul Bowyer, Declan Thiriet and Vassili de Rosen. We next play the British School on the 10th of March.
The ALT’s team is in a pool of 6 this year. They played their 1st match of the season against TC Issy-les-Moulineaux on Friday and won 2-1. The next match is against TC Plessis-Robinson on Tuesday 5th March.

The SAC has been invited to enter an U15 and/or U13 team in the upcoming indoor cricket tournament at Morangis on 2nd March. The format will be the same as the very successful tournaments they have organised over the last few years. If your child would like to play please write asap to .
The guest speaker at the dinner will be British writer Stephen Clarke, the bestselling author, with a speech entitled “1000 years of annoying the French: who laughs last?".
A Saint Patrick's Caelí will be held at the club on 23rd March, with live Irish music with the Lutecia Caelí Band, Irish dancing, food and much merriment.
