The new season of core circuit training with Lucas Barraud started on Saturday, 20 November, but don’t worry, there is still time to jump in and start training with us.
You could sign up for 4 weeks at €60 or pay €20 for a drop-in session. Meet in the rose garden on Saturdays, just before 2 pm.
