Homer’s Iliad tells of ten years of struggles in the Trojan War. More recently, Nottingham Forest repeatedly close to their promotion objective from 2019-2022, losing out to inner demons (and, on goal-difference, to Swansea City), before finally being promoted to the Premier League.

Somewhere between these 2 epic struggles (in duration at least) lies the “Battle of the Intercom”, a legendary struggle where we were caught between 2 suppliers, each claiming it was the other guy’s fault. Nonetheless, perseverance pays. The intercom is working!!!
