On Friday, 29 May, Triple Crown winner Shaun Murphy comes to the Standard Athletic Club for an exclusive black-tie snooker exhibition evening.
Cocktail reception from 7.30 pm in the Garden, dinner at 8.30 pm, followed by the exhibition at 10.00 pm. Guests will enjoy an elegant selection of gourmet canapés, including smoked salmon puff crisps, crab cakes, scallop gratin verrines and duck tartlets, before a refined dinner featuring herb and citrus-roasted salmon with tomato confit cream sauce, polenta, roasted asparagus and spring peas, followed by a classic Eton Mess dessert.
For the occasion, the Club’s Snooker Room has been newly redecorated and the table fully refurbished with a brand-new cloth (See below).
With Eurosport and the French Billiards Federation in attendance, demand has been exceptional, and reservations remain open for only a few more days. Final tickets (€80) are now on sale — book quickly to avoid disappointment.
