Musique sans Frontières Paris* announces a very special concert on the 2nd December at the Centre d’Art et de Culture in Meudon.
An ensemble from the Syrian Expat Philharmonic Orchestra - SEPO will take to the stage for the first time ever in France with soloists Rasha Rizk, soprano, Maria Arnaout, violin and Jehad Jazbeh, violin.
SEPO, under the direction of Raed Jazbeh, founder and artistic director, will be conducted by Falko Hönisch and Stephan von Cron Catalano.
In what promises to be a magical evening, SEPO will perform with Barbara Morihien, the lyrical artist from Meudon (who has performed at the Paris Opera), along with the prize-winning young violinist Helena Duterte and her professor Christo Tchalakov. Another highlight of the evening is the duo of Irish music formed by Laurent Delahaye, piano and bodhran and Michel Sikiotakis - music, flutes and whistles.
