Roland Garros ticket ballot: win the right to buy tickets to this year's championship
SAC has a limited but high-quality allocation of tickets for this year's Roland Garros tennis championship from the Fédération française de tennis (FFT). 
The three pairs of tickets for sale are for the Women's Final on Saturday, 7 June. The other pairs of tickets are for Thursday, 29 May (day session) on court Suzanne Lenglen and Sunday, 1 June (evening session) on court Philippe Chatrier.

The 8 week ♟️chess♟️ trial has come to an end and the morning class was the most successful. If you haven’t already, please let us know by emailing or via the Children’s WhatsApp group if you would like to continue with the morning session (10-12). The teacher is available again from Saturday, 24 May. His fee is small, but this time it will be divided by the number of children participating (the club subsidized the trial). ♟️

The next Little Musicians/Petits Musiciens session will be on Sunday, 25 May, from 11 am to 12:30 pm.
Aigerim (music teacher) will be with her Crafting and English teacher. At the end of the session, the children will leave with something creative for their mothers.

We regret to announce that Ron Caseley died peacefully on 25 April in a care home in London.
Our deepest sympathy goes to his daughters, Caroline and Annette, their husbands and Ron’s grandchildren.
The funeral will be held on Thursday, 29 May at 2 pm at Islington crematorium ( 278 High Road, East Finchley, LONDON N2 9AG).

The weather is fine, and the pool project is advancing rapidly.  We are still planning on a reopening for the first week of June.

Rugbytots will be coming to the Club on Saturday June 14^th to give FREE trial classes and speak to any interested parents.
During sessions run by Rugbytots, children will develop their motor skills through fun games designed to develop their agility, dexterity and self-confidence.
Children will learn how to pass and kick balls through fun games that appeal to their imagination. They will storm pirate ships, escape quicksand, explore the jungle, put out fires together and enjoy many sporting adventures. Our priority is for children to have fun and develop their self-confidence, while instilling a team spirit.

This year's Club AGM will be held in around 5 weeks on Sunday, the 15th of June at 3 pm. The meeting will be "in-person", at the Club. Voting will be conducted electronically.
For new (and less new) Members of the Club, many elements around the AGM are defined in Article 10 of the Club Statutes, and Section 8 of the Club Rules, which are available at www.saclub.org in the “Members” section. The draft agenda is available for download here as a docx file.

The Golf Section's partnership with the Villarceaux Golf Club continues to bear fruit.
