* The admission of 3 families of combined American, French and German nationalities.
* The possibility to renegotiate our utility contracts came up for the first time since October 2020. Under legacy contracts and consumption, our 2021-2022 annual bill would be 47K€. Based on renegotiation and switching suppliers, we have achieved 9K€ (around 19%) in savings for the Club. These new contracts were approved and will take effect on 1/11/2021.
* The old tilleul (Linden tree) in the bridge garden has been attacked by a fungus and must come down for safety reasons. The MC has authorised the work (budget of 3.6K€ TTC as the lowest of 3 bids). A replacement tree will also be planted.
* A 13.5K€ HT budget has been approved for the terrace blind (most competitive of 3 estimates). This blind protects us from rain and sun, and has worked intermittently for some time and not at all since at least 2019. The best-placed 2 suppliers have been invited to provide colour samples and delivery lead times, with the final choice to be made in the coming week.
* The MC was updated on the progress of lift repairs. The repairers are on site for 3 days this week and will replace the full control panel. We hope to have good news on the outcome next week.

We would like to organise Dance/Gym classes for 4 to 10yr-olds on Wednesday afternoons. The classes would last one hour. Depending on the numbers, we could perhaps add another class on Saturdays. The Dance/Gym class would ultimately take place outside, weather permitting. It could otherwise take place in the marquee or the bridge room depending on availability. The first step is to find out if we have enough people interested before finding a coach. If you are interested please could you fill in this form with your contact details, and we will get back to you with the next steps. Read More
