While no decree has yet been issued, the rules on the government website have been updated. These new rules require that masks be worn inside the Club at all times.
The rules surrounding the Pass Sanitaire have also changed. According to the government site:
-
QR codes will be de-activated for those not having received a booster shot within the stipulated delay, as of 15th January 2022.
The rules vary by age, date of the second shot, and type of vaccine. For most of us, it means we need to plan on a booster within 6 months of our second shot if we want the Pass to be valid. Please check for the details that apply to you. For instance, from December 15, over-65s must have had a 3rd vaccination (rappel) in order for their Pass Sanitaire to be valid.
- PCR and antigen tests are now only valid for 24 hours.
A valid Pass Sanitaire (or negative PCR/antigen test less than 24 hours old) continues to be required to enter the Club for those ages 12 and above.

Our club boasts one of the best natural-grass football fields in the Paris region. There are few better moments than walking out onto the turf, dew on the grass, mist in the air, autumn leaves on the trees, the sun creeping over the forest on a Sunday morning just before one of our regular friendly Sunday matches. But we need more players! So it is time for members to dust off their inner Lionel Messi and Harry Kane and get in touch with section head Laurent Brault () about representing the SAC at Football. We may no longer have much ambition to repeat our French championship league victory of 1894, but our opponents are friendly, the showers are hot, new beers are in at the bar and logs are on the fire. Come play the beautiful game!
Note: We have a match this Sunday 5 December (kick-off of 10:30) and there will be an all-members friendly football tournament on Sunday 12 December (registration 10:30.)
