The pool discussion is an important item for the AGM. To ensure that everyone has access to the best information:

• The comprehensive professional diagnostic which was completed this winter is attached below. A couple of people have asked about the cost estimates in this document.  These are “spend envelopes” estimated by the company completing the diagnostic.  This company does not provide contracting services.  Should Members decide to renovate the pool, a competitive tendering process will be undertaken.
• All Members are invited to a Q&A on Saturday, June 3^rd, at 3 p.m. at the Club. Members of the MC and the pool project team will be available to explain the situation and answer questions. A PowerPoint presentation of the situation is attached below.
