The Club is offering this sport to our Members, both adults and children, with a highly qualified coach from the St Germain Club (black belt, 8th DAN) giving classes. The Taekwondo Club of St Germain is one of the best-known clubs in Paris. Many children (from 4 years old), men and women, young people, and seniors, including black belts, regularly participate. Several champions, including members of the National French team, have been trained there.
We are happy to announce that Alexandra Lescure is now head of the Taekwondo section. She is also in charge of the kids' lessons held at 1:30 pm every Saturday. If you or your family members would be interested, feel free to contact her at

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Martin on 31 January, aged 41, after an eleven-year battle with a brain tumour. Martin was diagnosed with a glioma in 2014 and faced years of treatment with great courage and resilience
When the tumour returned in 2024, he met it with the same strength and dignity. He passed away surrounded by love.
In keeping with his generous spirit, he chose to donate his brain to science to support research into neurological diseases. There is a fund raiser to support research at La Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital and the Institut du Cerveau, in Martin’s memory. https://don.institutducerveau.org/enmemoiredeMartinSA/~mon-don?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio
Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with his wife Christelle, children (Jeanne, Côme and Arthur) and loved ones at this incredibly difficult time.
Very many thanks to those members who have already paid.
For those who do not pay by direct debit, please settle your subscription by August 31st, 2025.
