It is with deep sadness that we inform you that Allen Butterworth died peacefully on Sunday, the 6th of September 2026. He joined the club at his birth and stayed an active member for many years. At the age of thirty a complicated surgery deprived him of his freedom of movement.
Allen is survived by his two sons, Alistair and Jordan, to whom we extend our deepest sympathy.
A service in celebration of Allen’s life will be held at Saint Romain church in Sèvres 92310 on Friday 11th of September at 9h30. He will buried at 11h15 at “le nouveau cimetière” Avenue Pierre Grenier, Boulogne-Billancourt.
