On the first two Sundays in March.SAC fought hard but came off second best in two fast-action, high-scoring games against FIFFA and the British School.

In the first game, SAC led 3-2 at half-time against the experienced FIFFA squad. Second-half player rotations led to some gaps in defense and midfield which the visitors took advantage of, repelling a spirited late-match comeback by the home team to win 6-4.

Last Sunday, seeking to avenge a drubbing the previous time they played the British School, SAC had to overcome the absence of Rich Parkin in goal against typically well-organised opponents. HIs part-time replacements did their best, but it proved a stiff challenge. The 7-2 final score flattered the visitors in an otherwise keenly contested game. Madiouma again showed off his goal-scoring skills. Elias and Joe had good chances too.

Next up is another rematch against Ludovic Cohen XI.
