Pilates and Step and Sculpt classes are slowly being re-instated at the club with only a couple of places left in the 9.45 am Pilates class on Saturday mornings.  Classes are currently being offered “By The Class” until the end of September; we are looking to start Wednesday Pilates sessions soon.  Read on for class descriptions and the proposed schedule. Or contact Pam at for any questions or additional information.

Proposed classes:

Step and Sculpt
1h15 min of sweaty, fat blasting and muscle building workout targeted for Women!

Mondays: 10 am - Step; 11 am - Sculpt. Cardio, arms, legs, bum, core, and more!
Saturdays: Step only 12.30 pm - 1.15 pm

Classical Pilates Mat
This brutal (when done properly) but always intelligent workout creates flexibility, mobility, and strength as well as unparalleled muscle tone.

Wednesdays: 2 o'clock at the club - starting as soon as numbers look good - contact Pam
Saturdays: 9.45 am; 11 o'clock currently full
