Dear Members, As more information is released, we are able to provide additional detail on the Pass Sanitaire. We will update as required based on the evolving situation. As will be clear from the various news items, the Pass is required for almost all social activities — our Club is no exception. The rule applies to establishments with the potential to welcome more than 50 people as of this week (our Club), extending to all establishments by the end of July. Decree 2021-955 of the 19th July requires that Members entering the Club meet the requirements of the « Pass Sanitaire », effective 21/7/2021. Compliance is necessary for the health of all of us. The age thresholds move over time to account for vaccine roll-out.
There are 3 ways to comply:
For all those with the Pass Sanitaire, masks are no longer compulsory (though individuals may choose to continue wearing them). The decree states that enforcement will ramp up in the last week of July. The Club will therefore relax the requirement for mask-wearing for adults as of 1st August. The requirement will end for all as of 1st October 2021 (when all those 12 and older must have a Pass Sanitaire). Thanks for your understanding of the requirement and the additional time it may involve when entering the Club. Your Management Team |
